Who says government can’t manage a business well?

By Charles Martin | April 29, 2008

Got a call from Marilyn over at the Pasadena Humane Society. Our family cat is missing and she was checking to see if we’d found him yet. She was seriously (or what sounded to be) concerned about his whereabouts. She then suggested we come by again because so many strays from the fire zone have been picked up.

We will go over and check it out. We will also thank Marilyn for the great customer service.

When’s the last time you called a customer and surprised them with due concern? Maybe you can get a new sale out of it.
