Know your price

By Charles Martin | June 10, 2008

Some of you know that one of my big hobbies is gardening.  I spend a great deal of time and money at it.

There’s a good, about to be great, garden consultant coming up in my neck of the woods.  I found him at the local nursery. He is taking his exams.  Readying to be a successful servant to us know-nothings.

But Jr. (Junior is his name) never knows how much to charge me. I could take advantage of him, but i don’t.  I could overpay him; maybe I do.  What I do know that when I get a firm price from a vendor that I like and respect, I pay it if I can.

Jr. needs to know his price.  Do you?
