Somebody from someplace gave me this link. It’s the stuff I live by and have used to solve the daily grind. But it’s interesting if you take this strategy to the Gold Medal event — modifying a current mortgage. Stay tuned to see if the HH’s clip get’s on Consumerist’s site.
