Georgia’s President Says It All (or not so much) on Palin

Before you go to the polls, view this piece from Brian Williams of NBC.  He interviewed Mikhail Saakashvili, the Georgian President.  See what he says about Biden and then his dodge of how innane and unprepared Palin is.  Of course, it’s not in so many words, but gosh darnit if he doesn’t go as far to say she’s an neophyte without saying it.  This is the guy we will deal with over the next many years in his fight for freedom from Russia. If he says Biden is an expert and very smart, then I believe him.
