A music player named after me

By Charles Martin | January 13, 2009

Hollywood BC puts up a noodled notion about Slacker from his perch in jury duty.  He’s on a trial that entails locking up a woman who only likes clothes from the waist up — just his speed.  Looks like it’ll be a 6 week-er.  Just kiddin’ on some of that but we wish him lots of slacked music and expect we’ll all get many long-winded emails from him while he’s sitting in uncomfortable chairs.

The hh likes Slacker a lot.  I still like Pandora but Slacker plays on my blackberry.  There’s not an app for Iphone yet, but there will be.  It’s a top 3 player for sure.  To the hh, it’s got some good features and is a little more intuitive than pandora.  The downsides are the ads once in a while.  Pay $3.99 and no ads.

Slack it.  You’ll be glad you did.
