Protected: IT’S NICE to be in 2008 with you…
For my first hit on the Love Lines page, I wanted to privately tell you it's good to have turned the page into 2008 and see all your faces out there or at the Treehouse.
The strike has had some - and + effects on us. The bad news is the malaise it brings to the air. The lack of work. The lack of purpose. The reduction of >> $.
But the better part is the ever-present Kristin in our house on a daily basis. Even though she's home a lot in the morning anyway, it's nice to have had some mama made meals at night (sorry Bertolli) and her shiny face around more. Surely Lars loves it too being the Prexy of Mama's Boy's Club of America. We think the strike will be over soon (I feel an announcement this Monday or Tuesday, in fact) and then life will go on.
In the nice to see you category the hothead has the following flow of conscientiousness.....
IT'S NICE to see two plump mamas kim and meighan getting ready for no. 2 - yer shiny faces are indicative of the warmth we all feel when around you....and Moffie tell Ed we wish him all the best for his new venture....
IT'S NICE to see that friggin Apple Marcus kept his fruit themed job through the xmas crunch -- big things are going to happen for you this year, we already know...
IT'S NICE to know that the hothead officially has a
movie mogul friend in BC and we are patiently awaiting your return with premier invite in hand of course....
IT'S NICE to have brushed with fame at MBs apartment and raised the HH's painting acumen a notch and the HH thinks he is adopting you this year MB so get ready for lots of hot dates and long weekends in the seat of a private jet and other delicious items like that....
IT'S NICE to finally have gotten MH and HanH into a more permanent place in college - by permanent the hothead means that the bursar's office at said institution(s) is on to someone new and NO the HH is not in hate with any Potter Laners, he just needs you to answer his fu**ing phone calls and emails!!!.....
IT'S NICE to know we turned the 2008 calendar and still have all the grandparents around and in tact and buggin' the shit out of us as per usual....
IT'S NICE to have rain on the
Treehouse these days and especially nice to know this house is better in the rain than the SOLD Cliffhouse....
IT'S NICE to think that MAR & Co. will be home from Canuk land soon -- smart-asses as smart as the HH are hard to come by....
IT'S NICE to think that in just over a month Geno and Beliza will be married and officially at the start of (if it's anything like the Hothead's life at home) Bliss x 100.... while we're on that
IT'S NICE to have been able to film a few of their friends in a small movie I am making for the wedding -- they are really lovely folks....
IT'S NICE to look at the photo here and think the 2nd one wasn't so bad after all (uh-ummm ... Chad and Charlie) and please Geno get moving on kids so I CAN ask you to babysit AT MY HOUSE...

IS a Mary Poppins... and no... you can't hire her, Lars and Auge will take her to college first....
IT'S NICE to think flippin' Laurence may have actually bought that f**king car after all these months....
IT'S NICE to have put a few new friends on the books in 2007, especially DO from the day job.....
IT'S NICE to have been able to count on Ed Stanis and (sort of) miles in our recent paper based debacle -- we will be licking that stamp in a few days (HH cant be specific for various reasons)....
IT'S NICE to be the #1 sales guy for once and the HH is surely going to have to fight off LL and PW for the title come December....and I couldn't/wouldn't have done some/most of it without AG's steady, patient hand....and Marty watchout! you may have to come up with some real $$ come the big total....and while we're in FL thanks to JH for her love and support.... Auge took that photo just for you....and most of all
